Content Creation
Generic nutrition content does not serve communities where the food, the clinical risk, and the lived experience differ from the mainstream. I create written and visual content for organisations that need dietitian-led, evidence-based material, particularly for South Asian audiences and people managing diabetes.
What this covers
- Social media content: dietitian-led content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including captions, carousels, and short-form scripts. Content is evidence-based, on-brand, and written to engage rather than overwhel
- Podcast production and hosting: episode editing, show notes, and guest content for health and nutrition podcasts. I co-host and produce podcast content for The Glucose Never Lies and can bring that experience to your platform
- Patient and consumer-facing resources: written guides, factsheets, and educational articles for people managing Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, covering topics such as carbohydrate management, meal timing, cultural foods, and practical everyday eating
- Recipe development: nutritionally sound, culturally appropriate recipes for food brands, meal-kit services, catering companies, and health platforms, with particular depth in South Asian cuisine. Recipes are written with household measures, context, and practical notes, not just macros
- Clinical and professional content: written material for healthcare providers and organisations, including patient handouts, CPD resources, and service explainers
- Paediatric nutrition content: age-appropriate guidance and resources for families and the organisations that support them
- Content review and sign-off: review of existing content produced by non-dietitians, with edits and a formal sign-off where required
My areas of expertise: Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes; South Asian diets and food culture; paediatric nutrition; optimising diet for long-term health.
